Charles E. Jones is a licensed architect with over thirty years of experience. He is committed to the art of problem-solving for our clients who desire creative, innovative design and construction solutions. He develops functional, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions to our clients’ challenging projects using solid, pragmatic services coupled with the latest design, building information modeling (BIM), and construction technology. He believes that having a dialogue with our client, rather than monologue, is the surest way to learn, grow and share in a new relationship with our clients.
Charles has “Strong Project Management” skills that prove extremely valuable in meeting our clients’ project budgets and schedules. He dialogues closely with our clients, our consultants, and the facilities’ end-users to transform their needs and desires into efficient, functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces and building projects the client wants and can afford.
His skills encompass sustainable architectural design, facility planning, site planning, space planning, interior design and programming, project management, contract documents, construction administration, and building construction. He specializes in designing new and renovation of institutional, educational, commercial, retail, high-end, and multi-family residential projects.
Charles possesses other areas of experience and qualifications relevant to new and renovation projects. He is certified by ICBO for life safety building code analysis and has ADA certification for building accessibility. He has attended seminars on historic preservation and written historical evaluation reports for building submittal to the historical registry. He has taken a university course study on project management for design professionals, and he has over fifteen years of experience as a general contractor.
