The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is a new office designed for a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the health and wellness of the people living in the community. The spaces are meant to build community and bring people together in new ways by creating several areas for related non-profit providers to collocate and provide space for public outreach programs.
The facility is approximately 46,000 SF and consists of two, 2-story office buildings connected by a central core area serving as the main lobby. The core area has restrooms, lounge seating, an elevator, coffee bar, and a grand staircase to promote walking between the floors.
