This new, 15,000 sf Walgreens store was loosely based upon a corporate prototype design. Due to the selected location, the design required consideration of local zoning requirements to establish a comprehensive plan for the entire development. The scope of services included full architectural and engineering services for preparation of the construction documents for the store.
