This meticulous reimagination prioritized harmonizing functional and aesthetic appeal, utilizing a palette inspired by MTA’s brand and Alaska’s natural beauty, and integrating a variety of serene and active social spaces, including a modern coffee and sandwich bar. Ensuring inclusive access to stunning Matanuska Peak views and natural daylight, open workspaces were innovatively aligned away from exterior walls.
Smart lighting dynamically adjusts to ambient daylight, while innovative cloaking film on conference room glass ensures data privacy amidst the open, daylight-filled workspaces.
