Eldar joins Architects Alaska as a designer, bringing a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience gained through early work in both commercial and high-end residential architecture. He approaches design with curiosity and adaptability, drawing on a broad set of technical skills and a willingness to explore new tools and workflows as projects evolve.

What excites Eldar most about architecture is the opportunity to continually learn, both from compelling projects and from the people he works with. He values collaboration with experienced teams and is motivated by projects that challenge him to think holistically about design, function, and efficiency. Having worked directly with residential clients, he understands the importance of listening, clear communication, and responsiveness in delivering successful, client-focused outcomes.

Outside the office, Eldar enjoys exploring Alaska’s landscapes through hiking and photography, skating with friends during the winter months, and staying active whenever possible. He looks forward to growing as a designer alongside the Architects Alaska team and contributing to projects that are thoughtful, engaging, and community focused.
